Life's Short, but You're Tall

Being Crazy Tall is mostly great. But it attracts a LOT of attention, some better than others. And, it kind of sucks walking the planet struggling to fit into clothes, cars, airplanes, home/office/public spaces, bikes… the list just goes on and on.

There are plenty of individual solutions to each of these struggles, some better than others, but no singular place that makes them accessible to us all.

Crazy Tall exists to help bring as many TALL solutions together as possible. Our team is dedicated to making life better for the tall community.

Our Founder

"Yes, I know I’m tall"

"No not quite 7’, I’m 6’7”

"Yes, I used to play basketball when I was younger.
No, not professionally or in College."

"The weather is great up here, you’ll find out what it’s like when you eventually grow up."

"Yes, I can get that box of cereal off the back of the top shelf for you, have a great day!"

Sound familiar? Isn’t is odd how being tall is the ONE physical characteristic people have no problem calling out, commenting on, and asking people about? Most people see it a positive thing, which is great, but it’s not all fun and games.

I have numerous scars on my head from bashing it into low door frames, stairway landings, and the back door of my van. Don’t even get me started on the puddle jumper flight from Salt Lake City to Seattle when the flight attendant smashed the beverage cart into my right knee because it wouldn't fit into the available space.

I’ve struggled my whole life finding products, spaces, and experiences I fit into and decided to apply my skills with those of other talented tall types to the task of solving as many of our shared problems as possible.
